Boston Tavern in ruins, but a restaurant and bar still alive

When Boston Tavern shuttered in October 2016, its iconic red brick façade was left to crumble to dust.

The former restaurant and cafe, a popular watering hole for locals and tourists alike, was demolished in a public-private partnership between the city and developer, Boston Properties.

Its former employees, who had worked there for 20 years, were left to mourn the loss of the place they loved.

But there are still signs of life in the building’s remnants, like a rusting bar, a vintage arcade, and a mural that has been painted over to memorialize the bar’s patrons.

“We have some residuals, but we’re working on the renovation,” said the restaurant’s manager, Amy Giannini.

“They’re working to get the whole thing up and running.”

The original Boston Tavern was named for the city’s first tavern, built in 1816.

It’s still owned and operated by Gianninis family, who moved to Boston from Sicily and took up residence in the city in 1819.

Giannini, who now works as a bar manager at the Greek Tavern, said the owners of the former restaurant are still looking for a buyer.

She said she and the owner, David Ponte, are in talks with the city about buying the building and possibly rehabilitating the bar.

The owners plan to reopen as a “modern Greek restaurant” sometime in the next few years, she said.

“We have a little bit of a plan,” she said, adding that she hopes the Greek will be able to stay open for another 10 years or so.

For a city that was once filled with blight and crime, Boston’s reputation for social graces is legendary.

The City of Boston is home to a thriving social scene that draws locals, tourists, and expats alike.

In Boston, a lot of the old and the young alike are attracted to the old Boston.

But while many are drawn to the city for its cultural and historical value, some are drawn by its vibrant and diverse nightlife.

Boston has been home to some of the most celebrated bars in the world, including The Ponce De Leon, The Whiskey, and the Bancroft Brewhouse.

And in recent years, the city has also become home to an emerging cocktail scene that has gained popularity in the past few years.

The Bancrotts is a bar and restaurant that opened in the same building as Boston Tavern.

Its owners, Chris and Melissa Ponte of Boston, say they’re not looking to make a profit on the bar, which has been open since the 1940s.

“It’s a place that’s been there for 100 years,” Melissa Pont said.

“I’ve been here for 35 years, and it’s still my favorite place to go out.”

Melissa Pont with Chris Ponte and their son, Alex, who is the current owner of the bar and is also the head bartender.

Alex Ponte owns the Bancho and the Ponte’s Bar and Grill in Boston, and he said he hopes to reopen the B&B soon.

He said that the bar is popular with local and national celebrities, including singer and actor John Mayer, rapper Wiz Khalifa, and rapper Kendrick Lamar.

Ponte’s bar is in the heart of the new West End district of the city, which is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the United States.

Mel Melissa Ponson, who runs the restaurant, said she hopes to open a new bar in the West End and that she is also planning a new lounge and lounge bar in Somerville.

A new lounge bar is currently being planned for the former Banchos space, which will be located next door to The Pontes.

This is an area that has really grown and developed over the past several years.

I want to create something that will keep it vibrant and new,” Melissa said.
